My target for visiting the hotel was to have a comfortable and convenient stay near Umeda/Osaka JR station. I liked everything about the hotel, but what I liked the most was the self-laundry option with half the price compared to outside. the staff were impeccable and accommodated my mistake so well. I am highly satisfied with the facilities and services provided by the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
